LOFT recently held a poll of its members to see who should be awarded our Player of the Year trophy, after a member's suggestion at the last AGM. The resounding winner was Gary Alexander, who secured the trophy with 80% of the vote, after a season where he scored 16 goals for the Orient. Glenn Morris came a deserved, but distant, second after an impressive season in goal for the O's.
Gary was presented with his trophy on the pitch by LOFT's Chair and Vice Chair, Doug Harper and Vicki Kaye, shortly before the last game of the season against Cambridge on Saturday 8th May.

LOFT extends its thanks to Matthew Porter at the club for his help in arranging the presentation.
