Latest Q&As published ahead of court hearing
7/6/2017

LOFT has published its latest Q&As document, after receiving a number of questions from supporters ahead of next Monday's adjourned winding-up hearing.

As well as answering as best we can questions about what may happen in court next Monday if the club is not sold by then, we've also set out what we know around the club's place in the National League (NL). In short, after speaking to the NL ourselves, we understand the necessary pre-AGM paperwork has been submitted by the club in accordance with the NL's rules, and we are as certain as we can be that the club will be admitted to the NL (subject to the budget forecasting requirements that all NL clubs must have agreed with the NL by the start of the season).

The winding-up hearing on Monday 12 June will be held in the same court building as last time - the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice (7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL). We will advise on our Twitter account once the court listing for the 12th is published on Friday.

We'd like to make the same requests as last time, around attendance at the court on Monday:

There is limited space in the court for the public, so we would ask that any O's supporters who wish to be present to gather outside the court with LOFT representatives. As before, we expect that a number of media outlets will be outside the court from sometime before the currently-published start time of 10:30am for that day's hearings.

Again as before, as many fans as want to attend outside court are welcome, but we would ask that you help us present professionally outside the court. Perhaps even more than last time, we know that emotions will be running high on Monday, so we also ask that fans ensure Leyton Orient's reputation as a family-friendly club is maintained, and that any chanting or shouting outside the court is free of swearing or offensive language.

Once again, we want to assure all Leyton Orient supporters that our focus is 100% on ensuring that Leyton Orient Football Club Limited is not wound up on 12 June, and that everything we are doing is to fight for a change of ownership for the club so that it can start to recover.
