In November 2014, LOFT successfully applied for the Brisbane Road ground to be listed as an Asset of Community Value (ACV) by Waltham Forest council.

We have been notified by the Council that Matchroom Sport Ltd, via its solicitors Mishcon de Reya, has requested a review of that listing.

LOFT believes that the ground has community value, regardless of who owns it or the club. We await Matchroom's reasons for requesting the review and will respond as appropriate.
